RULES
The Static-Cars association organizes, each month according to a defined schedule, a gathering for enthusiasts of classic cars (Oldtimers), young classics (Youngtimers), and prestige vehicles, in a relaxed atmosphere centered around Sunday morning drinks.
The event takes place on private property; therefore, we rely on everyone’s respect and good spirit. The organizer cannot be held liable for any legal, physical, or material issues. Additional information is available on our website.
To ensure this moment remains enjoyable for everyone:

no excessive noise, demonstrations, drifting, or acceleration are permitted;

the Static-Cars spirit must be respected: no camping in the parking area (tables, chairs, or any equipment);

please dispose of your waste in the bins provided.
Access to the event is subject to the organizers’ approval.
Regarding sales and promotion:
-
private individuals may display a “for sale” sign on their vehicle for €20 per event;
-
distribution of flyers is not permitted;
-
professionals (cars, accessories, tires, mechanics, etc.) may be allocated a space based on a donation, subject to an agreement to be defined;
-
the sale or consumption of personal drinks and food (including barbecues) is not permitted.
The on-site bar and food truck are the only vendors authorized to sell drinks and food for on-site consumption.
⚠️ Compliance with the rules
In the event of non-compliance with these rules, a first warning will be issued. In case of repeat offenses, the participant will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
We thank you in advance for respecting the venue and the guidelines, in order to maintain an excellent relationship with the MediaMarkt landlord and ensure the continuity of the event.
☔ Please note: in the event of poor weather conditions, the event may be canceled without compensation.
Image rights and communication
The "Static-Cars" association may take photographs or videos of vehicles during gatherings.
Any use of these images for external communication purposes (website, social networks, commercial materials, etc.) is subject to the prior agreement of the Association.
This agreement can be obtained:

in writing, at the time of the intervention;
-
or digitally via a form, email, or other clear evidence of consent.
When license plates or any other identifying element are masked or rendered unrecognizable, the images may be used without prior agreement, provided that no personal data allows the participant to be identified.
Nevertheless, the participant retains the right to request the removal of these images, even anonymized, at any time by simply sending a written request to the "Static-Cars" association.
The participant may also withdraw their explicit consent at any time, without providing a reason. In this case, the content in question will be removed from the communication channels within a reasonable timeframe.
