Rules:
ARTICLE 1
Static-Cars MediaMarkt Waterloo is organizing a raffle during the last gathering on December 20, 2025.
He is considered solely responsible for this raffle.
ARTICLE 2
This raffle takes place on December 20th from 7:30pm to 9:00pm.
Participation in this raffle is open to any natural person, of legal age, playing in a personal and individual capacity, excluding legal entities.
ARTICLE 3
Participation in this raffle is exclusively on site at the gathering on December 20, 2025, excluding any other type of participation and any computer subterfuges.
The absence of the holder of the winning tickets will result in the cancellation of their winnings.
ARTICLE 4
The winners will be those with the correct numbers drawn on 20/12/25 at 9:00 PM under the canopy of the Static-Cars MediaMarkt Waterloo.
ARTICLE 5
All tickets for this raffle will be distributed in three ways:

Each glass of drink purchased = 1 ticket received

Each bottle of wine purchased = 4 tickets received

Tickets sold in sets of 4 = €10
Tickets sold and distributed while supplies last.
ARTICLE 6
The raffle organizer reserves the right to modify the promotion, the choice of prizes, a point of the rules or its method of operation if unforeseen circumstances and/or circumstances beyond its control should justify it.
He undertakes to take all necessary measures to minimize any inconvenience caused.
The organizer may also cancel all or part of the raffle if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in connection with participation in the raffle or the determination of the winners.
Participants agree not to contest the admissibility, validity and/or probative value of these elements in computer or electronic format or medium.
ARTICLE 7
All communication regarding this raffle and the application of these rules must be made exclusively by email to the following address: info@static-cars.be. Communications sent after the deadline and not in writing will not be processed.
The organizer will never be responsible for any shortcomings in computer systems and server failures.
ARTICLE 8
No dispute will be accepted regarding the wording of these regulations.
All records relating to this raffle will be deemed destroyed on the day of the prize-giving ceremony, with the exception of documents justifying the awarding of prizes.
